Shop Refunds
There is no refund on any goods purchased in our shop.
Numerology Reading Cancellations
You are entitled to cancel Your numerology reading only if you cancel it before we have commenced work on your reading. Once Your Date of Birth is confirmed by admin, we will not entertain a return or refund of any product as work has commenced on your reading.
If Your refund is approved, funds will be released. Funds will be automatically released depending on customer bank and can take 5-10 business days. The customer gets the fund through the method of payment. This avoids buyers from taking up time to request a refund and allows sellers to get funds quickly.
